Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld is on the radar of Everton, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur this month, according to The Daily Mail.
AC Milan are also in the hunt for Groeneveld, but have had a £9m bid rejected by Club Brugge.
Despite being out since October with an ankle injury, Groeneveld is still the subject of major interest this month.
The 21-year-old winger has been in fine form for Club Brugge – who play in the top division in Belgium. In 11 Jupiler League games, he has netted four goals, as well as scoring against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
Groeneveld’s performances in the Belgian league earned him a prompt call up to the Netherlands national team.

And the Nigerian-born winger, who has a Dutch father, scored on his first start (and second cap) against Belgium.
The Dutch wide man is the perfect signing for Everton, who need to find a long-term replacement for Theo Walcott soon.
Walcott has scored three goals in the Premier League this season but has been criticised for inconsistent displays. With his 30th birthday coming up before the end of the campaign, Everton need to consider younger alternatives.
Groeneveld is the prime candidate and beating rivals Liverpool to his signature would be a major coup for the Toffees.
