Liverpool talent Neco Williams was given a decent rating by Wales Online after Wales defeated the Republic of Ireland 1-0 yesterday afternoon.
The Reds youngster played the full 90 minutes at right wing-back and helped Robert Page oversee a Nations League victory.
Williams’ performance will offer a timely boost to Jurgen Klopp, with Liverpool struggling with injuries in defence.

Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson are all currently out injured.
The 19-year-old played well yesterday during his sixth appearance for the national team.
Wales Online were certainly impressed with his performance giving him an 8/10 for his showing.
They named him the star man and wrote in their player ratings piece: “Faced a stern, physical test against the likes of James McClean and Robbie Brady but coped well on the whole.
“Made a superb intervention to deny McClean in the first half. Made some telling contributions at the other end of the pitch, feeding Daniel James in the build-up to the goal.”
TBR View – Williams must now step up at club level
With Alexander-Arnold nursing a calf injury that will keep him out for a few weeks, the Wales youngster must now step up.
Klopp will have complete faith in the starlet to make the grade, despite playing just 15 times for Liverpool.

The £25,000-a-week teenager is deemed a potential future star by the coaching staff at Anfield and it’s now up to him to prove as much.
Williams is another academy graduate to be handed a chance under Klopp and with some strong performances, he could earn more opportunities in the future.
With Liverpool’s injury list growing, this performance on the international stage looks a timely one for Klopp.
