Liverpool are reportedly ready to rival Paris Saint-Germain for Brazilian wonderkid Reinier Jesus.
Flamengo starlet Jesus is one of Brazilian football’s most promising young players, and the Reds are considering a move for him with a view to blooding him in the future.

Le10 Sport have claimed PSG have already made contact with the youngster’s representatives.
Staggeringly, Reinier has a release clause of £63 million according to AS, which would certianly make a deal somewhat unlikely – the Reds will feel they can negotiate a better price for someone who is yet to make a first-team appearance for Flamengo though.
Jesus move would help Rangers land Kent
If Liverpool pulled off the stunning transfer, then it would certainly give Rangers a boost in securing Ryan Kent on a permanent deal.
The winger is a big fan favourite at Anfield having dazzled with his pace and dribbling.
The club’s managing director Stewart Robertson recently gave a glowing report of the star.

He said as quoted by The Scotsman: “He wouldn’t be cheap but if the opportunity comes up to retain him we will explore it. He’s a great player. We have an excellent relationship with Liverpool but too early to say.”
Liverpool landing Jesus could potentially block Kent’s path to the first-team, since the pair play in similar positions.
Spending so much money on Jesus would almost force Jurgen Klopp to integrate the starlet, which could come at the expense of Kent, thus handing Rangers a better chance of keeping hold of him.
