Liverpool fans have been reacting on social media after Jurgen Klopp delivered the body blow that Nat Phillips will be out until the new year with a fractured cheekbone.

Confirmed by the club and later explained more by Klopp in his presser, it appears Phillips picked up the injury against AC Milan and will now face a period out. However, Klopp did confirm that the injury was not as bad as it could have been for the defender.

Phillips is one of the Liverpool squad who has been tipped to move on in January. The likes of West Ham are said to be watching closely. Any potential move is now, of course, in doubt thanks to this set-back.
