Liverpool or Tottenham - which club should contract rebel Rabiot choose?
Adrien Rabiot’s contract situation at Paris Saint Germain has escalated quickly in recent days, which is sure to attract attention from the Premier League.
According to French outlet RTL, Rabiot’s mother and agent Veronique has declared that the midfielder will definitely not be at the club next season, yesterday.
That comes on the back of the club’s sporting director, Antero Henrique, telling Yahoo that the player had rejected the offer of a new deal, with his current agreement running out at the end of the season.
Rabiot has shown himself to be a promising, cultured holding midfielder, which makes him a player that both Liverpool and Tottenham could both use.

The Mirror reported last month that the Reds had made an offer to the player, while Le Parisien claimed that Spurs were alongside Juventus in the race to land his signature.
But which club is the more attractive to Rabiot? He would be an upgrade on Jordan Henderson at Anfield, but questions remain; can he oust the club captain and does his languid style make him incompatible with Jurgen Klopp’s preferred high-tempo style?
Tottenham need a replacement for Mousa Dembele and have a manager in Mauricio Pochettino who has a proven record of improving players, but there must be a concern about their immediate ability to compete for major trophies.
Liverpool look the better bet right now – they are simply rampant – but Rabiot would be more likely to get regular games at Spurs.
