Jovic’s versatility to play in any of three forward positions would make him a superb addition to the Liverpool squad.
It remains to be seen how much it would cost to prise the youngster away from Benfica.
Liverpool aren’t short on cash, however, and they should be able to compete with the aforementioned clubs to land Jovic.

Nonetheless, he has proved his worth in the Bundesliga, with an impressive goal return.

Mo Salah has dropped off the boil this season and an out-and-out striker could be a useful addition to the squad.
It remains to be seen how much he will cost, but given his goal record, his signing would be welcomed at Anfield.
