Self-confessed Liverpool fan and reported target, Patson Daka, once again got himself on the scoresheet for Zambia last night.
The African nation drew 3-3 with Algeria in an African Cup of Nations qualifier last night, with Daka keeping his cool on two occasions to fire in a pair of penalties to earn his team a point.
Daka – who is said to be valued at around £25m – is one of the hottest prospects in Europe right now. He’s scored 20 goals already for RB Salzburg this term in the league and is being widely tipped to make a move away from the Austrian outfit this summer.

Indeed, Liverpool have been linked with a move for Daka. Back at the end of the summer window, Far Post claimed Daka was a Reds target, and with no sign of a new striker at Anfield, a move could very much still be on the cards.
Daka scoring goals at international level, then, can do his chances of a big Premier League move no harm whatsoever.
Liverpool a potential dream move for Daka
Earlier in the year, Daka got tongues wagging in Liverpool by insinuating that a move to Anfield would be his dream scenario.
Speaking to 90Min, he admitted he had always been a fan of the Reds, and in particular, Luis Suarez.
“I’ve always been a Liverpool fan – and Barcelona. When we played Liverpool last season in the Champions League at Anfield it was a very special moment,” Daka said.
“The other dream was to face Luis Suarez. He’s the one that impressed me the most. He has always been a big inspiration of mine since I was a kid. It was special to be able to exchange my jersey with him.”
With Daka continuing to impress at club level and taking that form onto the international stage, Jurgen Klopp may well just fancy making the explosive forward a key summer target.
