A number of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to praise Andrew Robertson’s impressive display against Porto in the Champions League.
The Reds left-back struggled last Saturday in the 3-3 Premier League draw with Brentford.

In that game, Robertson played Sergi Canos onside for the opposition’s first goal.
He also struggled to make inroads in the first half and made errors in the second.
However, the Scotland international didn’t need long to put that display behind him as he delivered in Portugal on Tuesday night.
Liverpool ran out 5-1 winners over Porto, with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino bagging a brace apiece, and Sadio Mane also scoring.

And Robertson looked back to his best, both offensively and defensively.
The 27-year-old’s pass to Curtis Jones led to Liverpool’s opening goal, the midfielder’s effort forcing a save which Salah then netted on the rebound.
Then, Robertson’s surging run into the box and an impressive cutback almost created a goal for Diogo Jota.
A much better performance overall, and Liverpool fans loved what they saw:
