Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott is set to sign a new contract, despite only arriving at Anfield during last summer, according to the Daily Mail.
The Reds winger will be signing a new three-year contract in the summer to extend his deal until 2023.
Elliott isn’t 17 until April and three-years is the maximum he can sign for. Once he turns 18, however, Liverpool will have the option to hand him an even longer contract.
The teenager has made a single substitute appearance in the Premier League for the Reds; playing in all of Liverpool’s domestic cup matches during the 2019/20 campaign.

Boss Jurgen Klopp has called Elliott ‘an unbelievable talent’ and he could be handed more first-team opportunities in the near future.
Typically a right-winger, Eliott has looked sharp during the games he has played. He can also play on the left and boasts an array of tricks and flicks to complement his work rate.
Following news of a new deal, Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to discuss the extension.
It’s fair to say plenty of them are excited about the potential that Elliott is penning a contract with the club.
Here is a selection of tweets from Liverpool supporters regarding the update on Elliott’s future.
