Liverpool fans react to performance of Kaide Gordon during Under-23 win

Liverpool secured a 2-0 win in their latest under-23 clash with Leicester City, relegating the Foxes in the process. Kaide Gordon enjoyed a night to remember and supporters raved about him on Twitter afterwards.

Ben Woodburn had fired the Reds into the lead with 59 minutes on the clock before Gordon put the seal on the victory after coming on for his debut at under-23 level.

The young forward has been a revelation since checking in from Derby County in January. He has been a constant menace for the under-18 ranks and that bodes well for the future.

Gordon is only 16 and to find the net in his first outing at this level of football is really quite something. Prior to signing for Liverpool, Gordon was handed a first-team debut for Derby highlighting his credentials.
