Liverpool were forced to settle for a draw yesterday as Fulham held them to a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage. A late Mohamed Salah penalty cancelled out Bobby Decordova-Reid’s first-half goal.
The Reds remain level on points with Tottenham at the summit of the Premier League after they also dropped two points earlier in the day.
It was a rare off-day for Liverpool who were fortunate to grab themselves a point.
Plenty of players didn’t perform to the best of their ability and Jurgen Klopp will hope for better when they face Tottenham on Wednesday.
One man who did earn some praise from supporters, however, was young midfielder, Curtis Jones.

The 19-year-old is coming of age during the 2020/21 campaign, making 14 appearances so far this season.
Jones is still waiting for his first Premier League goal this season and in fairness, he should have notched at Fulham.
That didn’t stop supporters raving about his performance though and with injuries stacking up, the academy graduate has stepped up.
Klopp has been keen to utilise the club’s younger players and that is a massive plus to the season so far.
Following yesterday’s draw, supporters took to Twitter to discuss the performance of Jones.
Here is what the Liverpool faithful were saying.
