Liverpool fans react to latest links to Salzburg striker Patson Daka

Liverpool have been linked with a move for Patson Daka, according to Salzburg Nachrichten, and supporters have been reacting to the news on Twitter.

The striker is valued at £18 million and will have no shortage of suitors during the summer transfer window.

Daka has bagged 27 goals from 31 appearances during 2020/21 and is also fancied by Manchester City ahead of the summer.

Liverpool have relinquished their title with a whimper this season and they’ll want to get back on track next season.

In order to do that, Jurgen Klopp will go in search of better squad depth and Daka looks set for a bright future.

At 22 he has already played in the Champions League and Europa League, notching 61 goals in 114 appearances for Salzburg.

Liverpool would surely love to bolster their attacking ranks in the close season and it’s no surprise they are reportedly interested in the Zambian.
