Liverpool fans react to Alisson Instagram with Raphinha

A number of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react to Alisson posting an image of him alongside some of the Brazil squad – including Leeds United star Raphinha.

Brazil enjoyed a successful international break, booking their place at Qatar 2022. They beat Colombia 1-0, before playing out a goalless draw with Argentina overnight.

The good news for a number of Premier League clubs is that their players within Selecao’s squad appear to have come through the break unscathed.

Certainly, a number of players appeared to be in good spirits as they made their way back to England.

Alisson took to Instagram to post an image of himself on the plane alongside Liverpool teammate Fabinho, Manchester City pair Ederson and Gabriel Jesus, Fred of Manchester United, and Leeds star Raphinha.

The sight of Raphinha alongside the two Reds did not escape the attention of plenty of Liverpool fans on social media.

As noted by the Liverpool Echo, Jurgen Klopp’s men are admirers of the 24-year-old. And they could apparently make a move next summer.

He has five goals already this term. And he has unquestionably been the Whites’ shining light in what has been a difficult start to the season.

And some of the Liverpool fans have expressed their hope that Alisson and Fabinho made sure to sell an Anfield move to their international teammate, particularly on the flight back to England.
