Liverpool fans react on Twitter as Marko Grujic goes on loan
The Serbian midfielder has gone out on a temporary basis once again.
Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic has left Anfield to join Porto on a season-long loan, as confirmed on the club’s official website.
The 24-year-old has spent the majority of his time at Liverpool on various loan spells and is now set for another.
Grujic was Jurgen Klopp’s first signing back in 2016 but he’s not developed as Liverpool would have perhaps hoped.
The German boss still doesn’t see him playing a part in the first-team picture and has once again decided to loan him out.
Grujic has played in two Carabao Cup fixtures this season, scoring once in the 7-2 win over Lincoln City.

The Serbian international has spent the last two seasons at Hertha Berlin on loan and now heads to Porto for his next temporary stint.
Grujic has looked impressive during the two matches he played this season and some supporters had suggested he might be kept around.
Some have even taken to Twitter to suggest as much and believe the player might have been worth keeping.
Grujic leaves on loan once more having played a total ofย 16 times for the Reds.
Here is a selection of Tweets from Liverpool supporters as Grujic heads out to Porto for the season.
Marko is much better than Curtis, marko is a fighter,he has pace and power unlike Curtis jones so stylish, heavy just because his England player they cant loan him.klopp to build a future team with this young players and release people like wijnaldum who might leave as free agent.

I think this is a good move for him. I'm pretty sure he will rarely get a minute play with us especially we got knocked by Arsenal in League Cup. Come back stronger marco for next season. We really believe with you.

Good luck Marko, you are a terrific player & never let the team down when ever you played. You will come back a better player with CL experience too. Jurgen will keep you after this loan deal imo, with 3-4 midfielders expected to leave next year. PS- Get into Man City in CL ๐๐

Poor decision. He's looked very good anytime I've watched him. Offers something a bit different to what we already have.

Grujic is quality , was really eager to watch him battle for the holding role behind Thiago ..

Slightly gutted he's gone on loan again. Thought he'd be a good squad player for us. Good luck to him though.
