Gini Wijnaldum scored for Liverpool in the 2-1 win over Genk on Tuesday night.
Liverpool edged past the challenge of Belgian side Genk at Anfield with goals from Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. It was enough to seal the win after Mbwana Samatta equalised for the visitors before half-time.
Wijnaldum scored another Champions League goal. The Dutch midfielder is making a habit of this. He happened to be in the right place at the right time to give Liverpool a 14th-minute lead.

James Milner burst into the penalty area on the left-hand side and drilled a powerful low cross into the six-yard box. Genk’s defenders failed to deal with the ball and Wijnaldum popped up as it was bouncing around.
The 28-year-old showed impressive composure to hook the ball into the roof of the net with the outside of his foot. This put Liverpool ahead on their way to a victory which saw them move to the top of their qualifying group.
Liverpool fans praised Wijnaldum’s goal and performance after the match. Here are some tweets about the Holland star.
