Liverpool are sweating over the fitness of Fabinho after he was substituted against Napoli.
Fabinho was involved in a collision with Dejan Lovren and Hirving Lozano. He was substituted and Liverpool are now waiting to hear back on how serious his injury is.
Klopp unsure about Fabinho injury

After the game, Jurgen Klopp told BT Sport (via liverpoolfc.com): “Of course it’s still early and we all hope it’s not too serious but it’s pretty painful in an area where you don’t want to have pain, around the ankle and shin, so we have to see.
“He is a really hard one and couldn’t continue. I don’t want to say what I expect, because I hope in the moment it’s not that serious. But we’ll know more maybe tomorrow, maybe the day after tomorrow. We’ll see.”
Fabinho has been an integral part of Klopp’s plans over the past year or so since breaking into the side. The Brazilian midfielder operates behind the other midfielders, giving them license to attack.
Liverpool fans have been panicking about this potential injury blow. Here are some tweets about Fabinho’s situation.
