Liverpool have been boosted by the return of several players to first-team training.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Naby Keita “looks good” for a potential return.
Likewise, Thiago Alcantara took part in Thursday’s training session, though he’s not ready just yet.

Another player who some Liverpool fans were glad to see back is academy star Kaide Gordon.
The 17-year-old sadly missed out on a spot in the Carabao Cup squad against Preston due to injury.
However, he was pictured in Thursday’s training session at Kirkby:

Some Liverpool fans took to Twitter to praise his return to the fold:
Gordon only joined the Liverpool academy in February this year but he’s been absolutely sensational for the Reds.
Last season, he made 13 Under-18 Premier League appearances, registering nine goals and three assists.
And this term, Gordon is playing for the Under-23s, getting two goals and an assist from just three Premier League 2 appearances.
He has also made his senior debut, playing the full 90 minutes in the Carabao Cup win over Norwich.
Earlier this month, Gordon was rewarded for his efforts with a professional contract at Liverpool.
