Liverpool are reportedly considering a move to sign Juventus winger and Euro 2020 finalist Federico Chiesa – and Reds fans have reacted on Twitter.
Chiesa, 23, has starred in Italian football. Having 59 goal involvements in 153 games for Fiorentina, he joined Juventus on a loan-to-buy deal in 2020.
After 14 goals in 10 assists in his first season for the Old Lady, a deal has been struck between Juve and Fiorentina to sign him permanently.
But that is not stopping other clubs from looking to sign him from Juventus. Liverpool are among those ‘strongly’ looking at Chiesa (CalcioMercato).
Little surprise. His form in Italian football was mirrored on the Euro 2020 stage, guiding Italy to the final and beating England on penalties.

What are Liverpool fans saying about Juventus star Chiesa?
Chiesa scored twice during Italy’s run to the final and it has seemingly left a lasting impression on Jurgen Klopp. Chelsea are leading the way, though.
The report claims Chelsea tried to convince Juventus in the summer just gone by, with an £85million offer. Juventus refused, keen to keep Chiesa.
The report states Chelsea remain keen, but they are not alone in their pursuit of the Italy ace. Liverpool and Bayern are also ‘strongly’ interested.
Liverpool could do with additions out wide. Both Mo Salah and Sadio Mane are off to the African Cup of Nations, and Salah is yet to sign a deal.
While a January move for Chiesa is unlikely, the Reds are keen on the Juventus star. Liverpool fans discussed a move for Chiesa on Twitter.
