Liverpool defeated Wolves 4-1 during this afternoon’s under-18 fixture and afterwards, supporters raved about Kaide Gordon’s input.
The young forward arrived from Derby County during the January transfer window and has wasted no time at Liverpool.
His two goals this afternoon were his first for the club’s under-18 ranks and he looks like an exciting addition.
Gordon has now played four times for the Liverpool young guns, adding two goals to the assist which he claimed against Sunderland.

The right-winger was singed as Derby tried to raise some badly needed funds during the transfer window.
Already it looks like a huge loss for the Rams and a massive gain for Liverpool as they continue to scour England for the very best talents.
At 16, Gordon has bags of time on his side and Wayne Rooney handed him an appearance from the bench at Derby earlier this season.
He came on for the closing stages of a 4-0 win over Birmingham and was highly rated at Pride Park.
His goals this afternoon gave Liverpool a 4-1 victory and after the contest, supporters raved about him on Twitter.
Here is what they had to say about the rapid winger.
