Liverpool fans amazed by Harvey Elliott's performance against MK Dons
Liverpool handed teenager Harvey Elliott his debut against Milton Keynes Dons in the EFL Cup Third Round. And Elliott became Liverpool’s youngest-ever player to feature in a competitive game.
Elliott did not let the occasion get the better of him. The winger has already played for Fulham in the competition, aged just 15, but he moved to Liverpool in the summer.
Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of Elliott and has included him in the first-team squad for pre-season and training. The 16-year-old got his chance in the cup and he wowed the fans with his skill.

Elliott hit the bar on two occasions, nearly marking his Liverpool debut with a well-deserved goal. He looked bright and he produced a wonderful cross for James Milner, who headed just wide.
Liverpool fans believe Elliott has a massive future at Anfield. The England youth international is already in and around the first-team and he looks ready to take his game to the next level.
Here are some tweets from Reds supporters discussing Elliott’s first appearance in a Liverpool shirt.
Harvey Elliott is something special. So much confidence for a 16 year old to be heavily involved with our attacks. Taking on players, eye for the pass, what a player.
