A highly-rated player reportedly on the radar of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is available for just £33million, but only for a few more weeks, according to German outlet Bild.

Liverpool are believed to be a top suitor for Werder Bremen winger Milot Rashica, according to Deichstube, while West Ham United, Wolves (Der Spiegel) and Aston Villa (Mirror) have also been linked with him.

Bremen have endured a very difficult season and are currently second from bottom in the Bundesliga table, but Rashica’s seven goals and four assists have ensured they’ve still got hope of beating the drop.

The Kosovo international has been tipped to depart the Weser Stadion in the summer regardless of Bremen’s top-flight status, the 2003-04 champions being potentially forced to part ways with him to raise funds.

According to Bild, Rashica has a €38million (£33million) release clause in place until 15 June, which would drop to €18million (£16million) if Bremen are relegated from the Bundesliga.

Rashica is a high-calibre player who has come such a long way since his £6.3million move from Vitesse two years ago, with an impressive 23 goals and 11 assists from 64 appearances in all competitions.

The Bundesliga official website compares Rashica to “Arsenal-era Alexis Sanchez” and he has been described as “one of the best players in the Bundesliga” by teammate Theo Gebre Selassie, while coach Florian Kohfeldt says he “makes scoring look so easy”.

With the Bundesliga set to return and nine matchdays left to fulfil, it remains to be seen whether the league will still be going by the time 15 June arrives, so it might be worth getting a deal done as soon as possible – even at £33million, it’s still a bargain.
