Liverpool academy prospect Anderson Arroyo is attracting interest from potential suitors in France and Germany ahead of a summer move, according to Goal.
The 19-year-old is currently on international duty with the Colombia Under-20s. The full-back’s performances in the World Cup are catching the eye, with both Strasbourg and Nurnberg keen.
Arroyo signed for Liverpool in 2018 from Fortaleza but was immediately loaned out to Real Mallorca due to issues with his work permit. He played 13 games for the club’s ‘B’ outfit but failed to make the senior squad.

Similar issues occurred last season during a stint at Belgian club Gent. He made just a solitary appearance, rarely even featuring in the matchday squad.
The Reds are hoping that his performances during the Under-20 World Cup in Poland will be sufficient enough to earn him a productive loan spell during 2019/20.
TBR Verdict
Arroyo will hope to continue impressing for Colombia during the Under-20 World Cup; in an attempt to earn regular football at club level.
It has been a frustrating time since signing for Liverpool in 2018 and he will be keen to prove his quality.
He was part of the Under-20 team that defeated the host nation 2-0 on Thursday, with Colombia off to a flyer.

The academy at Liverpool is highly-rated and the club wouldn’t have signed him if they didn’t think he could eventually make an impact.
A big challenge for Arroyo now is to go out and play regular football to try and prove his worth to his full-time employers.
