Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker has given his verdict on whether Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal could win the Premier League title this season.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star made the comments when asked directly about Arsenal and City.
So, what has Kyle Walker said about Arsenal and Manchester City? Let’s take a look.
Kyle Walker gives verdict on Arsenal vs Manchester City title race
Well, Kyle Walker does not think that Arsenal will win the Premier League title this season. The England international full-back believes that his club, Manchester City, will get the job done in the end.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star made the comments on talkSPORT when asked about Arsenal directly.

Host Andy Goldstein told Walker that co-host Darren Bent, who played for Tottenham and supports the Gunners, was convinced that the North London club would beat City to the title.
Walker responded: “Listen, I think the league this season is probably a lot more open than it has been in recent years but I think if we do what we need to do and do what we can do over recent years we’ll be well.”
My View: Manchester City ahead of Arsenal in title race
In my opinion, Manchester City are the favourites to win the Premier League title this season. Liverpool have also been tipped to clinch the championship, but I think that it will be Pep Guardiola’s side who get the job done in the end.
Yes, Liverpool and Arsenal are doing better than City at the moment. Aston Villa are also playing well.
However, we know what City can do and have done in recent seasons. Manager Pep Guardiola has made the Premier League a rich man’s version of the Bundesliga. The Citizens win the title all the time in England, just like Bayern Munich do in Germany.
Of course, Liverpool and Arsenal are going to push City all the way, but I am backing City to win the Premier League title. Again.
