Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Son Heung-min have been described as “fantastic, fantastic players” by Leicester City ace Marc Albrighton.
Spurs host the Foxes in the Premier League on Sunday, both sides snapping at Liverpool’s heels at the top of the table.
Tottenham’s Kane and Son have been in sensational form this season, the former on 15 goals and 13 assists in all competitions, the latter on 14 goals and seven assists.
Leicester have a big task on their hands if they’re to get a result at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, not least keeping the prolific Spurs attacking duo at bay.
Albrighton, who won the Premier League title in 2016, believes the Foxes have what it takes to cope with Tottenham’s talent.
“They’re fantastic, fantastic players, the both of them,” he told the Leicester website. “They’ve got good quality all over the pitch as well.
“So, it’s definitely a game that is going to be difficult, but we feel like we’ve got the personnel to be able to stop them and hurt them in other areas.”
Kane and Son are two players who need no introduction, both fan favourites at Tottenham and assured of a place in the club’s history as two of its greatest players.
Although Spurs were beaten by Liverpool in midweek, their performance was by no means poor and, were it not for some wastefulness in front of goal, could’ve easily won.
However, Leicester are also in fine form this term and, like Tottenham, hoping to make amends for a midweek defeat to a Merseyside outfit.
