A number of Leicester City fans have taken to Twitter to react to recent reports from 90min suggesting that the Foxes could make a move for Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney.
Tierney has not had the best time since moving to the Emirates in the summer. He has only made 11 appearances in all competitions, and has spent a large part of the campaign on the sidelines due to injury.
Nevertheless, he appears to be attracting attention ahead of the summer.
90min has claimed that Brendan Rodgers is eyeing a reunion with the former Celtic man should Leicester sell Ben Chilwell this summer.
Interestingly, the report has suggested that Arsenal would be prepared to sell Tierney should they receive a bid that sees them make their money back after spending £25 million in 2019.
It would be a big surprise if Arsenal were willing to let the defender go. He boasts an enormous amount of potential. And the Gunners will surely not want to throw in the towel this early into his spell in North London.
But plenty of Leicester fans appear to be hoping that there is something in the reports.
Some have suggested that he would be an upgrade on Chilwell, who they feel has been out of form for some time.
Others are concerned by his injury record. But the general feeling appears to be that it would be a fantastic piece of business to sell Chilwell for big money and replace him with Tierney – if it is possible.
Here is how some of the Leicester fans have reacted to the reports…

If he could remain injury free would be a better option than chilwell

Why? People wanting Chilwell out will realise how wrong they were if he does go. Grass isn’t always greener

Chilwell’s been poor for a while, so while I would be upset to see him go, I wouldn’t be devastated. Swapping him with Tierney for half the price would be great business

If we can get telephone numbers for Chilwell, assuming he wants to leave, and replace him with Tierney at £25 mill. Crack on
