Leicester City secured a vital win away to Manchester United on Tuesday – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter praised their defender Wesley Fofana for his individual performance.
The Foxes picked up three points on their trip to Old Trafford in the Premier League, as they beat Man United 2-1 in the evening clash.
Luke Thomas thundered in a mesmerising volley to put the visitors ahead, before Mason Greenwood equalised shortly after for the hosts.
It was Caglar Soyuncu who secured the win though for Brendan Rodgers’ side with his header midway through the second half.
In fairness, Man United’s team had 10 changes to the starting line up due to a hectic fixture list, and the result also confirmed rivals Manchester City as this season’s Premier League champions.

A selection of Leicester fans on social media believe their 20-year-old centre-back Fofana was a colossus in defence against Man United.
The French youngster has enjoyed a brilliant first year in English football at the King Power Stadium, and delivered yet another mature display in the Premier League as part of the three-man defence.
The result lifted Leicester up to third in the league standings as they close in on Champions League qualification, and now their attention turns on this weekend’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium against Chelsea.
