Leeds United could be boosted in their hopes of keeping Kalvin Phillips, with Leicester City reportedly keen on keeping hold of Wilfred Ndidi at all costs.
According to a report from All Nigeria Soccer, the Foxes will resist any offers for the international midfielder this summer.

Ndidi has become integral for Brendan Rodgers’ team this season. The 23-year-old has seemingly lived up the billing as the eventual replacement for N’golo Kante.
However, his performances have attracted attention. The likes of PSG and Manchester United have been watching Ndidi’s progress with interest in the last few months.
But it appears Leicester want to keep their best players as they look to cement a Champions League push.
Rodgers clearly sees Ndidi as key to maintaining his club’s fortunes. The 23-year-old signed a long-term deal with the Foxes following the 2018 World Cup.

News of Leicester’s determination to keep hold of Ndidi will be a boost to Leeds. Previous reports claimed the Foxes were keen on Kalvin Phillips as a potential replacement. (90 Min)
Leeds will be desperate to keep hold of their key players themselves. Phillips is, without doubt, someone who ranks in that bracket for the Elland Road outfit.
A boost for Leeds but twists and turns will come – TBR View
This is, obviously, great news for Leeds as they look to keep hold of Phillips. The more clubs that drop out of the race, the better it is for the Whites.

However, it’s far from over when it comes to Phillips’ future with the club. There’s a long summer ahead and a lot to be sorted out.
Leeds will be hoping promotion is enough for Phillips to stay put. If they don’t seal that promotion, then there’s an acceptance amongst most fans that they will probably lose their prized asset.
