Everton are back in form in the Premier League.

The Toffees hit a bump in the road after their fantastic, free-scoring start, but have recovered well to win their last three games in the competition.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side have taken maximum points against Arsenal, Leicester City and Chelsea to move back up to fourth in the table.

Things are starting to click again for the Toffees, and everyone seems to be pulling their weight.

Mason Holgate is currently filling in at right-back for the injured Seamus Coleman and has done well.

That said, at the moment there’s a Premier League right-back Everton might well have had who is looking very much the real deal.

James Justin of Leicester City is currently going from strength to strength for the Foxes.

The talented 22-year-old joined the club for around £8 million in the summer of 2019 (Sky Sports), and it was reported by the Liverpool Echo that Everton were showing interest at the time of his impending exit from Luton Town.

TBR’s View – Justin could have been brilliant long-term Coleman successor

Justin, has played every single minute in the Premier League so far, and has quietly been proving himself as one of the division’s most promising young defenders.

Despite this being only his second season at Leicester, he looks like he’s been playing Premier League football for years.

His versatility, durability and intelligence make him really stand out, and Leicester’s gain appears to be Everton’s loss.

Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers recently branded Justin ‘absolutely phenomenal’ for his adaptibility and commitment (Leicester Mercury).

Although there aren’t any pressing concerns just at the moment for Everton because of the form of Holgate, there is just a little feeling that Justin is on course to become frightening player and ultimately become a bit of a regret.
