West Ham could be in for a busy final week of the transfer window and they’re considering allowing certain players to leave.
The Hammers have had a busy window in terms of incomings but there could now be a focus on letting certain players leave with the window coming to a close.
Indeed, there’s been suggestions that as many as nine players could leave West Ham before the deadline.
Among those players are seasoned Premier League players and internationals.
One of which, is James Ward-Prowse.
And according to Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth, Ward-Prowse could be allowed to make his own mind up.
West Ham willing to let James Ward-Prowse leave if he wants
Updating the information on Sky Sports’ live transfer feed, Sheth has said there’s every chance Ward-Prowse will leave.
“West Ham could be willing to listen to offers for midfielder James Ward-Prowse. West Ham are not actively looking to sell as he remains an integral part of the squad,” Sheth said.
“However, he was an unused substitute at Crystal Palace on Saturday.
“Ultimately, any decision would be left to the player – he has three years left on his contract.”

Lauded for his ‘incredible‘ ability on set-pieces last season, Ward-Prowse was a key figure under David Moyes.
However, Julen Lopetegui has implemented a new style and clearly, the Englishman is not a first choice.
Plenty of suitors for Ward-Prowse
There’ll be many a club in the Premier League happy to take James Ward-Prowse.
There was a reason why David Moyes used him so much last season and on its own, his set-piece delivery really is something else.
Further, the England midfielder is also a seasoned player at this level and he’d be more than capable of stepping into a number of teams.
One would imagine the promoted clubs would love Ward-Prowse on their books, while the likes of Everton and Fulham would surely also consider him.
It seems, then, that this is one to watch before the deadline.
