In January, Leeds United were linked with a move for talented Juventus striker Moise Kean.
Gianluca di Marzio reported that Leeds United had made an enquiry with Juventus about signing Kean on loan until the end of the season. He was halfway through a similar deal with Hellas Verona at the time, which would have been cancelled.
The Bianconeri did not want to break up a loan spell he was enjoying with Verona and subsequently no deal ever happened.
Kean struggled for the rest of the season with an injury problem and Verona were eventually relegated, so Leeds were probably happy no deal happened.

Kean, valued by his agent Mino Raiola at £65 million, has had a far better start to the current season.
The 18-year-old remained with Juventus and despite only featuring for the first-team once this season is still having a campaign to remember.
The striker has been called into the senior Italy squad for the friendly with the USA this week. Azzurri boss Roberto Mancini has promoted him due to his fine form with the Italian under-21s, with whom he recently scored against England.
Idealists suggest his inclusion is due to Mancini’s push for young players to get a chance. Cynics are claiming it is to try and cement Kean’s allegiance to Italy, given his Ivory Coast heritage.
Whatever the case, Leeds United’s January target could be on the verge of a first cap for Italy, despite not playing for his club side. The Whites should certainly keep this teenager on their radar.
