Leeds United fans react as Millwall’s Steve Morison takes aim at Bielsa

Leeds United take on Millwall at Elland Road this weekend knowing that they can ill-afford any more disappointments.

The Whites lost 1-0 to Sheffield United last time out and that saw them drop down to third in the division.

Automatic promotion is still within their reach but they can’t afford to let the Blades or Norwich get any further in front of them.

When the Lions arrive in West Yorkshire, it will be former Leeds man Steve Morison who will be hoping to plot their latest downfall.

The striker played for the Whites between 2013 and 2015, scoring just five goals in 42 games.

Ahead of Saturday’s encounter, Morison has stoked up the rivalry by taking a shot at Marcelo Bielsa.

Speaking on his extra-curricular scouting mission earlier in the campaign, he told Leeds Live: “I don’t think it’s right.

“Everyone does exactly the same stuff. If he had that much info then why did they need to go and spy as well.”

His comments have certainly enticed a reaction from Leeds supporters on Twitter.

The Whites faithful aren’t overly satisfied that a player who was so average in a Leeds shirt is now having a say on club affairs.
