Leeds United star Mateusz Klich has told The Yorkshire Evening Post that he is already looking to returning from international duty with Poland in order to help his club side beat Arsenal.
The Whites enter the international break after a steady start to Premier League, with 10 points from eight games. However, it could have been so much better, having lost their last two games 4-1 against Leicester and Palace.
Klich, 30, has been in excellent form since Leeds gained promotion – having a hand in five goals during his eight Premier League outings. The 28-time Poland star has netted twice, while also laying on three assists.
He has linked up with Poland ahead of matches against Ukraine, Italy and the Netherlands – but the £1.5million addition [Yorkshire Evening Post] has stated he is desperate to return to Leeds action against Arsenal.

“There are no easy games. As you can see, we drew against Manchester City and then we lost against Crystal Palace,” Klich said. “It’s a difficult league. Everyone can win against everyone.
“We’re going to fight for points, it doesn’t matter who we are playing. I can’t wait to come back from the national team and get going because I want to win.”
TBR’s view – Can Leeds beat Arsenal?
As Palace did with Leicester beating Leeds, Marcelo Bielsa and his coaching staff now have the luxury of watching Aston Villa completely dismantle Arsenal at The Emirates – after Dean Smith’s men won on Sunday 3-0.
Leeds must stick to their principles. They could also welcome back Kalvin Phillips, Rodrigo and Diego Llorente and that will be an enormous boost for Bielsa’s men. Can they beat Arsenal? Without a doubt.
