This weekend has seen Leeds United linked with a move for Portuguese attacker Ivan Cavaleiro. The winger has been struggling for regular first-team football at Molineux this season and The Sun suggested Leeds were hoping to capitalise on that fact.
The initial suggestion is that Wolves are not willing to part with the player. However, the arrival of another forward at the Premier League side could surely see those goalposts move.
Leeds United would, of course, welcome his addition to the first-team.
Not only would they be signing a proven Championship player but he could plug a number of gaps in the current Elland Road squad.

It would also see them get one over on their West Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town.
The Terriers tried to sign Cavaleiro in the summer. In fact, TEAMtalk even suggested a £12 million fee had been agreed between the two clubs.
No deal ever happened and Huddersfield have been struggling to find goals this season. At the moment, Leeds’ local rivals are just one place above the Whites. Leeds are top of the Championship and Huddersfield sit bottom of the Premier League with a swap in leagues clearly a possibility.
If they can get Cavaleiro in to help it would make the local bragging rights even sweeter.
