Leeds United are reportedly interested in bringing Aaron Lennon back to the club in the summer. As reported by The Sun, the Burnley wide-man, who came through the ranks at the West Yorkshire side, is on the radar of Marcelo Bielsa as he considers an approach in the summer.
It would certainly be a nostalgic signature for the Whites. Lennon left the club back in 2005 to play for Tottenham. He went on to play for Everton and now Burnley, as well as earning 21 caps for England.

Whilst it would be an eye-catching piece of recruitment, it is perhaps a deal Leeds should avoid.
Leeds have a brilliant young talent coming through on the flanks in the form of Jack Clarke. The teenager, whose form has caught admirers, is one of the Championship’s top talents.
Like Lennon, he can play on both flanks but needs regular football to continue his progression. Leeds should continue their current progress of bringing through young players like Clarke. If other players are to come in, they should also be ones for the future.
Leeds are looking toward the future and Lennon belongs in their past.
