Vydra cooled
Leeds United have cooled their interest in Czech Republic attacker Matej Vydra over his wage demands. As reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Derby County star’s personal terms have increased dramatically since talks first started over his transfer.
Leeds are currently not prepared to pay the wages he wants.
The Championship’s top-scorer looked all set to become a £11 million recruit and solution to Leeds’ attacking options. However, it appears this is another deal that will be difficult for Leeds to get over the line.

Show me the Mhannni
Leeds are one of a number of clubs being linked with a move for free agent winger Yasin Ben El-Mhanni this week.
The Daily Mail suggests Leeds are one of seven teams chasing the player this summer following his release from Newcastle United.
Benfica, Lazio, Watford, Wolves, Nottingham Forest and Sporting Lisbon are also keen on the 22-year-old free agent.
The attacker made the news last year after putting in an official complaint against Newcastle under-23 boss Peter Beardsley for bullying and discrimination.
Denton worldie
Leeds have been left wondering if they might have made a mistake with left-back Tyler Denton. The young defender has joined former Leeds boss Steve Evans at Peterborough United and scored on his debut yesterday.
The 22-year-old smashed in a great strike in a 4-2 win over Bedford Town.
Denton, who also scored on his official Leeds United debut v Luton Town, will be looking to prove himself during his spell in League One this season.
