Woodman wanted
Leeds United are keen on Newcastle United goalkeeper Freddie Woodman. The England under-20 World Cup winner from last summer is reported to be on Leeds’ radar by the Chronicle.
The talented stopper has struggled to make a breakthrough at St James’ Park, despite his obvious talent.
Leeds are looking at bringing in another keeper in the new year following Jamal Blackman’s season-ending leg break.

Antonsson looking forward
Marcus Antonsson has been discussing his exit from Leeds United in the summer. The Garry Monk signing never settled into life at Elland Road and headed back to Sweden by joining Malmo.
However, speaking to Expressen, he made it clear he did not view the move as a ‘step backwards’, with Malmo currently playing Europa League football.
Kean no-go
Leeds have recently been linked with an ambitious loan swoop for Moise Kean. The Italian international is currently struggling for first-team football at Juventus and Leeds are reportedly keen on his signature.
However, Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri has ruled out a move. He told Calciomercato that Kean is not ‘a kid’ and is considered a first-team player at Juventus.
