Jansson gets a letter
Pontus Jansson could face action from the FA this week. The Swedish star received a notice from the FA earlier this week asking to explain his post-match comments from the Brentford game at the weekend.
Leeds drew 1-1, with Jansson scoring the equaliser, after a suspected dive from Marley Watkins had earned Brentford a penalty.
He described the referee’s performance as ‘a robbery’ after the game. The YEP reports that Jansson has replied to the letter and is awaiting a response.
