James update
Leeds United target Daniel James has been discussing a potential move to Elland Road, as reported by the BBC. The Swansea City winger is believed to be the club’s current transfer target for the end of the window.
He stated that he is just ‘enjoying his football’ and that, at the moment, it is ‘just rumours’.
The Yorkshire Evening Post is reporting that Leeds United are set to ‘step up’ their interest in the winger before the end of the month. Swansea want more than £3 million for the player.

Mings linked
Leeds have Tyrone Mings on their transfer long-list. The centre-back and left-back is a top target for West Brom as Bournemouth prepare to let him go.
Aston Villa and Derby County are also keen but the Sun’s Alan Nixon has suggested that Leeds are keeping track of the situation.
Duo wanted
Leeds are reportedly keeping tabs on Real Valladolid pair Ruben Alcaraz and Toni Villa. Pucela Fichajes have suggested that Leeds scouted the duo earlier this month and are keen on his services.
The report claims that the pair both have £10.6 million release clauses and any deal this month would have to cost that much. A double deal would, therefore, cost Leeds £21.2 million.
