Keen on Kadeem

Leeds United are reportedly one of the teams interested in signing Cardiff City winger Kadeem Harris. The Sun is reporting that Leeds, along with Aston Villa and Bolton Wanderers also keen on the player.

His current contract expires in the summer and he has recently found excellent form for the Bluebirds.

Such form has Championship teams hoping they can lure him away from South Wales in January.

Bielsa did not want White

Marcelo Bielsa pulled the plug on a deal for Brighton and Hove Albion defender Ben White in the summer. The Yorkshire Evening Post suggests that Leeds’ board wanted White, who has starred for Brighton’s development team.

However, Bielsa di not feel his addition was necessary and a deal was not done.

Jansson scan

Leeds United are awaiting the results of a scan on defender Pontus Jansson. The Swedish international pulled out of international duty with Sweden due to a foot injury.

He is currently being assessed and Leeds are hoping he will be fit to face Bristol City next week.

Leeds are expected to have Conor Shaughnessy back for the game and the Irish talent may find himself thrown in at the deep end.
