Forshaw commitment
Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw says the team love being top of the Championship. He says the players relished the pressure of playing catch-up at the weekend, after dropping to fifth after Saturday’s results.
Forshaw also admitted he was ill the day before the game but was determined not to miss the game after his recent injury lay-off.

Gomez waiting
Leeds United target Ibai Gomez will wait to see what offer his current club Alaves put on the table before considering his future – according to Diario AS. Leeds are linked with signing the Spaniard, who is out of contract in the summer.
He previously played under Marcelo Bielsa at Athletic Club and the Bilbao side are keen on re-signing him. Eibar and Real Sociedad are also interested.
Douglas shock
A report has suggested that Leeds United were surprised when they managed to snap up Barry Douglas this summer in a £3 million deal.
The Scottish left-back was exceptional for Wolverhampton Wanderers last season, helping them win the Championship with an assist-laden campaign.
Now, the Yorkshire Evening Post is suggesting Leeds were shocked to hear he was available and only made a move for his services upon hearing the news.
Douglas has gone on to impress in his time at Elland Road.
