Bielsa presser
Marcelo Bielsa has given his press conference today and covered a wide range of topics. As reported by the YEP, he confirmed Barry Douglas would miss the weekend tie with Brentford and spoke of his desire to use Stuart Dallas more.
He also addressed the situation regarding Pontus Jansson. The Swedish defender’s partner is currently pregnant and the Argentine confirmed ‘human’ aspects of life would come ahead of football, suggesting Jansson could miss a game for the birth of his child.
He also spoke of Steve Bruce and Cabbage-gate, as well as confirming his love for fish and chips since moving to Yorkshire.

Dallas keeping calm
Stuart Dallas has refused to discuss a potential promotion challenge. The Northern Ireland international was asked about Leeds’ chances in the Championship this season after their excellent start to the season.
However, he was quick to remind that it is not yet Christmas and that Leeds would ‘suffer’ if they take their eye off the ball.
Roofe wanted
Kemar Roofe is a wanted man, according to Football Insider. Premier League sides Southampton, Brighton and Burnley are all said to be keen on the Leeds forward, who has been in fine form this season.
Leeds are currently looking into agreeing a deal to keep him at the club longer than his current contract but now face a tougher assignment due to the top-flight teams keen on his signature.
