De Bock future
It does not look like Leeds United defender Laurens De Bock will be staying at his current club. The Belgian is currently on loan at KV Oostende in his homeland after being deemed surplus to requirements by Marcelo Bielsa in the summer.
His loan club signed Borja Nastic on loan from Genk recently, with a view to a permanent move. The Oostende sporting director Hugo Broos has now told Gazet Van Antwerpen that De Bock will ‘return’ to Leeds at the end of the season.
De Bock joined Leeds in a deal reportedly worth around £1.5 million, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post. It would be hard to see him earning any reprieve at Elland Road.

Wilks a big-game player
Doncaster Rovers boss Grant McCann has been discussing the Leeds United loanee, Mallik Wilks, after his recent performances caught the eye.
The young forward scored his 10th goal of the season at the weekend in a 1-1 draw with Portsmouth.
It was yet another positive performance from the player who has impressed at the Keepmoat Stadium.
As reported by the Doncaster Free Press, he admitted he is a ‘confidence player’ who needs a lot of attention. However, he also spoke of how it is worth it as the speedster revels in ‘big occasions’.
