Darlow wanted
Leeds United are looking at Newcastle United defender Karlo Darlow as a potential option in January. According to The Sun, the 28-year-old is down the pecking order at St James’ Park and is an option for the Championship side.
They report that Leeds and Aston Villa are both interested in the player, who is valued in the region of £4 million.
Leeds are after a new goalkeeper after Jamal Blackman suffered a broken leg.

No rush on Bamford
Marcelo Bielsa has insisted he will not rush Patrick Bamford back to first-team action. The £7 million summer signing made an appearance on the Leeds bench for the 2-1 win over QPR at the weekend, something of a shock considering he was due to be out injured until 2019.
But the Argentine insists he will still need time to ‘recover his performances’ now he is back to full fitness.
Loanees score
Some of Leeds United’s loanees were among the goals at the weekend. Caleb Ekuban scored for the second week in a row as Trabzonspor defeated Konyaspor 3-0.
Meanwhile, Mallik Wilks scored twice as Doncaster Rovers put Bristol Rovers to the sword. Both will be hoping they can forge a future career at Elland Road.
