West Brom are reportedly looking into the possibility of signing Leeds United forward Kemar Roofe. The attacker was the club’s top-scorer last season, despite indifferent form for the Whites.
Now, Football Insider claims that West Brom are keen on bringing the forward back to The Hawthorns, where he started his career before a move to Oxford United.
The report also claims that Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United are keen on the player this summer.
Keen on Kean
Leeds are keen on the signing of Juventus forward Moise Kean. The Italian talent has been linked with a move to the West Yorkshire side before. Now, Calciomercato are suggesting that Leeds are back in the hunt for the player.
Juventus want a buy-back clause included into any deal, which front-runners Monaco will not accept.
It leaves Leeds with a good chance of signing the 18-year-old, if they can complete a deal with the Bianconeri.
The Yorkshire Evening Post has been hypothesising on the tactics of new Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa this week.
Notably, they spoke of the options at the back for Leeds. With Bielsa likely to play with a three-man central defensive unit there is a chance Gaetano Berardi could slip into a back three.
They also report that Luke Ayling is more likely to be used as a right wing-back rather than a central defender.
