Caleb Exit-ban

Caleb Ekuban is all set to leave Leeds United after an unproductive spell at Elland Road. Signed last summer from Chievo he arrived based on his form on loan in Albania with Partizani Tirana.

Now, according to Panorama Sport, he is heading back to the same country.

The Italian striker is set to join Flamurtari Vlore on a season long loan if the clubs can garee details of an exit.

Ekuban scored just twice in 21 games for the club and was better known for missing chances rather than taking them.

Forshaw injury

Adam Forshaw has given fans a positive update regarding his injury. The midfielder was set to play a key role for Leeds this season under Marcelo Bielsa. However, he picked up ankle ligament damage in pre-season and has not featured yet this campaign.

Ruled out initially for six weeks, the midfielder has now told LUTV that he is ahead of schedule in his quest to return to action for Leeds.

O’Kane waiting game

Charlton Athletic boss Lee Bowyer has admitted talks are ongoing over a deal to sign Eunan O’Kane from Leeds United on loan.

However, he admits there are issues preventing a deal from going ahead.

Speaking to the South London Press, he suggested O’Kane’s wages and desire to remain in the Championship are making a move difficult to put together.

It seems any loan move to Charlton for O’Kane will happen at the last minute, should other suitors not provide a better package for the player and Leeds.
