Blackman the man
Leeds United have now made Chelsea goalkeeper Jamal Blackman their number one transfer target for the goalkeeping position.
Leeds have previously been linked with the likes of Angus Gunn and David Stockdale. However, Gunn is on his way to Southampton whilst Stockdale is not available on a loan deal. The Yorkshire Evening Post now report that Blackman, who spent last season with Sheffield United, is the man Leeds want to solve their goalkeeping issue.
He would be made number one, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell his number two.
Bartley worries
West Brom are stepping up their pursuit of Leeds United target Kyle Bartley. The former Leeds loanee was identified as a potential solution to the club’s defensive needs this summer, after an incredible 2016-17 with the club.

However, the Baggies are now keen with a push for Bartley’s services dwindling at Elland Road since the arrival of new manager Marcelo Bielsa, according to the YEP.
Chinese whispers
Leeds United may now face a battle with a Chinese club for the signature of Derby County attacker Matej Vydra. The Czech star was the subject of a £11 million move from Leeds but his wage demands have increased recently putting a stop to negotiations.
Phil Hay of the YEP has since tweeted that rumours of interest from China have emerged, suggesting why Vydra now wants more money.
If true, Leeds will have a battle on their hands managing to offer a better financial package than the wealthy Chinese Super League teams.
