Lewie Coyle – Fleetwood Town

The right-back has been excellent this season. However, this was a struggle. The Sunderland goal came from his flank with the Blackpool Gazette claiming he was ‘outfoxed’ in the build-up.

Pawel Cibicki – Molde

No international call-up for the Swede and Molde were not in action.

Jay-Roy Grot – VVV Venlo

Another player not in action due to the international break.

SHREWSBURY, ENGLAND – AUGUST 18: Blackpool’s Paudie O’Connor holds off the challenge from Shrewsbury Town’s Matthew Sadler & Ryan Haynes during the Sky Bet League One match between Shrewsbury Town and Blackpool at New Meadow on August 18, 2018 in Shrewsbury, United Kingdom. Tyler Denton – Peterborough United

This loan move still looks a mistake from the Leeds star. He was not on the bench for Peterborough once again as the Posh beat Southend United 3-2.

Paudie O’Connor – Blackpool

Blackpool beat Leeds’ rivals Bradford 3-2 in an exciting game.

They were 2-0 down with six minutes left but a double from Jay Spearing and a winner from Curtis Tilt gave the Seasiders a win.

The Irish defender, however, was not in the squad.

Mallik Wilks – Doncaster Rovers

No goal again for the youngster but played well as Donny defeated Luton Town 2-1 in League One.

Hadi Sacko – Las Palmas

Came on in the 67th minute of a 4-0 win against Gimnastic Tarragona.
