A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to praise Niall Huggins after the winger produced another excellent performance for the under-23s on Monday.
Carlos Corberan’s side won their latest game 2-1 against Crewe. Pascal Struijk’s late goal settled the contest after Jamie Shackleton had initially given Leeds the lead during the first-half.

The players had to deal with some atrocious conditions, with the rain and wind not letting up throughout the contest. The pitch also seemed to cut up significantly as the game went on.
But there were moments of quality that should please Corberan. And one of the players who arguably stood out was Huggins, who played out wide for the visitors.

The 19-year-old looked dangerous, particularly when given the opportunity to run with the ball. And some of his touches suggested that he is destined to make the grade with the first-team at some stage.
Certainly, a number of the supporters feel that they saw a player who will get their chance with the senior side at some stage in the future.
Plenty took to social media to laud Huggins’s performance, as well as his recent form. Some have suggested that he has evoked memories of when Jack Clarke was waiting for his chance.
And others clearly do not believe that it will be too long before he is on Marcelo Bielsa’s radar if he continues to impress like he is currently doing.
