Leeds United are set to move for Middlesbrough striker Britt Assombalonga, according to The Mirror.
The Whites are desperate for a striker to come in this month, having seen Eddie Nketiah return to Arsenal.
Assombalonga has been at the Riverside Stadium since 2017, signing from Nottingham Forest for £15 million (BBC).

The 27-year-old is a quality goalscorer in the Championship. In 175 games in the second tier, he has scored 65 goals making him a feared marksman.
Leeds were beaten 1-0 by QPR on Saturday to make it three games without a win in the league.
They have seen the chasing pack close the gap in recent weeks and Marcelo Bielsa desperately needs reinforcements.
Assombalonga hasn’t played since a 1-0 win over Charlton in early December due to an injury.
The Congolese international earns £35,000-a-week (Capology) at the Riverside. If Leeds could secure a player with a proven track record, however, it could set them back on track.

It doesn’t appear that Leeds fans would exactly welcome the Boro man to Elland Road.
Following the news, they have been reacting on Twitter and he seems quite low on some fans’ list of potential signings.
Here is a selection of tweets from supporters in the wake of the links to Assombalonga:
