Leeds United fans react as club linked with a move for Jarrod Bowen

Leeds United are set to make a surprise £3 million bid to take Hull City star Jarrod Bowen on loan, according to The Sun.

The Whites are desperate to bolster their attacking ranks this month.

It is claimed that Leeds will pay £15 million to sign him permanently following promotion to the Premier League.

Bowen is out of contract during the summer and any bid of this value will certainly leave the Tigers with a dilemma.

Leeds are currently second in the Championship. Six points separate them from Brentford in third place.

Marcelo Bielsa’s team were beaten 2-0 by Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

It reiterated the need for Leeds to strengthen during this month to give themselves the best possible chance.

Bowen has been sensational for Hull this season. He has smashed 16 goals and registered five assists for Grant McCann’s team and is thought to be worth £20 million (Sun).

Many believe this is exactly the sort of signing Leeds should be making and want the club to press ahead.
